Phillip An is cofounder and COO of Homebase, a proptech startup that seeks to democratize homeownership in Southeast Asia by making it easy to buy and sell property via a simple digital interface. Homebase is the first company from Vietnam to be backed by startup accelerator Y Combinator and has raised $30 million in equity and debt funding from investors such as Goodwater Capital, Antler and VinaCapital Ventures. A computer science graduate from Caltech, he worked at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey.
