Deputy Secretary Trần Quang Hưng is a prominent figure in youth affairs and entrepreneurship in Vietnam. He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, Director of the Hanoi Youth Center, and former President of the Hanoi Student Association. In addition to his key roles in youth organizations, he is also the Chairman of Hub Network—one of Vietnam's leading startup support and networking platforms.
Deputy Secretary Trần Quang Hưng graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), one of the world's top universities in economics, politics, and sociology. His strong academic foundation, combined with extensive practical experience, has enabled him to make significant contributions to the youth movement, particularly in the field of innovative entrepreneurship.
He was the only young Vietnamese invited to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos (Switzerland) and Myanmar. Additionally, he was the founder and Chairman of Hanoi Shapers, a group under the Global Shapers initiative of the World Economic Forum.
Beyond his important roles in Vietnam, Deputy Secretary Trần Quang Hưng also serves as a Senior Advisor for the GVB Prize, an international startup award within the framework of the Global Vietnam Business Festival (GVBFest). This role highlights his strategic vision and significant contributions to connecting Vietnamese businesses on a global scale.
