A champion of lifelong learning in digital finance, Tram Anh collaborates with governments, policymakers, and industry leaders to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the digital economy. She has been instrumental in designing frameworks that enable governments, regulators, and financial institutions to build AI-ready and digitally empowered workforces.
She is the Co-Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce – Singapore’s Financial & FinTech Committee and co-author of the largest Fintech Job Report, mapping the evolving career landscape in financial technology.
Beyond CFTE, Tram Anh serves as an advisor to the Global Finance and Technology Network (GFTN), a nonprofit supported by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), with a regional focus on Japan. She is an Entrepreneurship Expert at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Deeply committed to inclusive education, she has championed learning opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. She is also the co-author of the Fintech Jobs Report.
Before co-founding CFTE, Tram Anh spent 18 years in traditional finance, working as a capital markets trader at Standard Chartered Bank in New York, a wealth manager at UBS in London, and as an advisor to family offices, gaining a deep understanding of global financial ecosystems.
Tram Anh is recognised internationally as a thought leader, educator, and advocate for creating future-proof skills and inclusive pathways in financial technology.
Born in France, of Vietnamese of origin, Tram Anh holds French-British citizenship and is based in London, spending time between the UK, France, Singapore, and the UAE.
